Activation Code Not Working
If an activation code has been provided to you by a manager or colleague, please contact them if you experience any issues, as they are managing the account.
If you are a manager of an account and are experiencing issues, please email help@alwaysfoodsafe.com with the following information:
- 1- Student name and email address
2- The Activation Code
3- Course/certification/exam name
4- The error message you are receiving when entering the code
An agent will assist and respond with further instructions.
