A Proctor Informs You That A "Code" Is Needed

If you are taking an exam with ProctorU and the proctor informs you that you need a "code" to take the exam, that information is incorrect.

The primary issue here is that the examinee is not accessing their session through their Always Food Safe account.  Rather they are going directly to ProctorU.com and that creates the disconnect.  

Follow the below steps to correct the error:

  1. Log out of the session with ProctorU and Always Food Safe.  Log back into your Always Food Safe account (www.alwaysfoodsafe.com/learn), and select “schedule or begin your remotely proctored exam”  This will take them to the correct session with ProctorU.
